Designed as a ground-up new build, the Live Oak Residence wraps blackened steel, warm cedar and full-height glass around a heritage oak that anchors the site.
Inside, the architecture stays cool and disciplined while the interiors soften it — natural texture, layered lighting and considered furnishings bringing warmth to the clean lines.
The result balances the edgy and the refined: a home that feels rigorously modern yet genuinely livable, rooted to its landscape.
