Our City View residence was selected for the AIA Austin Homes Tour and honored with an IIDA Residential Design Excellence award — with additional IIDA recognition for our Lake Travis and penthouse residences and the Kenichi restaurant in Dallas.

In 2014, our Bright Leaf residence joined the AIA Austin Homes Tour as well.

These honors mean a great deal precisely because they come from the design community — architects and designers who know how much deliberate work goes into a resolved space.
